Midweek Magnolias Challenge #171-"Anything Goes with a Magnolia Image"

Good Wednesday morning dear blogging friends!!

Well I have to tell ya that this summer is FLYING by and crafting is becoming a "quickly while you can" option for me!!  We've had lots of rain here...leaks in our basement...resulting in some water issues!  My hubby had to tear down one wall and probably looking at another to go soon...hopefully the leaks are fixed now BUT it's right in my craft area so that is in shambles...with supplies everywhere...UGH!!!  Anyway onto the task at hand...

Today at Midweek Magnolia we begin a brand new challenge...it's everyone's FAV..."Anything Goes" BUT you must use a Magnolia image!!  Our sponsor is as always Magnolia Sweden!

Here is what I came up with...
please click on the first image for a closer view/slideshow...
card base is from Go Kreate...
DP is from the Maja Design Denim Collection...
I used one of my favs from the "Animal of the Year 2015" collection...
it's "Tilda with her Dragon"...
coloured with my copics...
she's framed with a border made with two 1 1/2 X 12 pieces of cardstock  edged using a Martha Stewart border punch then folded accordion style...
I added some cheesecloth under the image...
 closer...
flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and Noor Design...
butterfly is a Martha Stewart punch...I layered three times using DP and pink cardstock then added a Tim Holtz fountain pen tip and added a cheesecloth tail...
I distressed a clothes pin and dusted on some Shabby Pink Frantage...
hugs is a Frantic Stamper die cut...
close up...

And done!!  Now come on over and join us at Midweek Magnolias for your chance to win a surprise package from Magnolia Sweden and a chance to be one of our Top 3!!

All materials are listed/linked above.
